Medialib

The Medialib, developed jointly by the Energy4Climate centre (E4C) and the IPSL-CGS, is a shared sharing space for teaching materials of all formats, mainly intended for teachers from E4C and the IPSL-CGS. The teaching material is the basic training brick: it consists of presentations, course handouts, exercises, videos, quizzes, games, Jupyter Notebooks,... The objectives of the Médialib are mainly to centralize teaching materials in a single accommodation center, and to share materials between teachers for the development and updating of courses.

The sustainability of lessons through the provision of descriptive sheets and educational materials also allows for easy handling by different teachers. This pooling of teaching materials offers the opportunity to iteratively enrich educational content by training a learning community of teachers. Some teaching materials can be made available to students as a complement to their training, at the request of the teacher and some materials are even available in an open way.
